A healthy alternative for the mid-morning, or that late night craving. Simple and quick this recipe might soon be your favorite go too snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup California Sunshine milk

Optional additions:

1 scoop protein powder of your choice, plain or vanilla flavor

1 Tablespoon of peanut or almond butter

Sprinkle of cinnamon


Preparation

Step 1


Add banana, oats and milk to blender and blend well.



Step 2


Drink and enjoy!


Note

• Cut banana into slices and freeze ahead of time. This makes a colder and thicker smoothie.
